This fall for us looks like it will shape up as follows:
May thru early June: Spring chinook fishing near home.
Summer: My daughter's summer league softball. Camping locally with the kids. Lots of projects at home.
August thru October: Fall chinook salmon fishing in the nearby local rivers and bays. Black bear hunting on our place, they were thick last year with the dry fall.
Late September: My wife has a Wyoming elk tag and she will crossbow hunt it. I should draw an antelope tag and in the two weeks running around for her hunt I hope to find something special.
October: Blacktail deer hunting on our ranch.
November: Colorado mule deer, my wife should draw a 3rd season tag and I should draw a 4th season tag on the same unit.
December: Local muzzleloader elk hunting. Also, cow elk tags for my daughter and son.
Things will get complicated if a big tag comes through, but we will figure it out. We have a pile of points for various tags and something should drop soon.
