I had my 14 year old son with me as he wanted to check after school last night.

We got to spend some quality time with the head game warden for Nevada. Helped him drug the cat and release it. Very nice guy and learned a bunch .

Good anchor! The couple of NV mountain lions we had in traps over the years just took the trap and left. We were trapping bobs, drags work better.

Bobcat season starts today. This was a yote set not enough brush for a drag in this area. My other traps in the area were empty but I think I know why .lol

Bad part is this is only 1/2 mile from my house, just on top of the ridge.

Yep, they aren't as afraid of us as we would like to believe. I'm still surprised I haven't cut any sign around my place. Deer are here pretty heavy now.

Well cut sign near my place. Female and two kittens just off property Saturday after Thanksgiving. Saw them walk through around 9:00am
