I am going to try and get s little variety this year, add some goose, duck, etc to the freezer. If I kill an elk, deer, or bull/cow I will have plenty of red meat. My wife really likes duck so that is good motivation to go.

Your wife likes.... duck???
My brother in law hits water fowl a LOT and he prepares it really well. So therefore she has no objection to me making time to do a little duck hunting. However, I am a bit of a rookie at that game.

My dad always said that a duck was for someone that couldn't kill a buck. Because of that, I never bothered with duck hunting much until my young wife made her first batch of duck gumbo. Now, I make dang sure that I keep her plenty of quackers in the freezer!

Getting pretty fired up about going antelope hunting! I supervise a bunch of state workers, so I know all about smoke breaks, coffee breaks, Facebook breaks, and two hour lunch breaks. I just hope the WYGF supervisors are watching their employees real close the next couple weeks. Sooner would be better than later on these draw results boys!

I'm on my 4 night shifts and they've always seem to draw on the Monday morning of this set. I bet it's tomorrow at 8
I really hope so. If it is early I bet they don't announce it early, just post it up.
