My little brother Big Al is flying in from Va.Sat afternoon.
Smoked Eurasian Dove Breast stuffed with cream cheese and Jalepenos.
Whole Smoked Chicken and Baby back Ribs plus all the trimmings.
I told him I'm being hospitable/hospital.

Looks good Team Kabob.Made some myself on the smoker.Carribean dry rub,Terryiaki,and cumin dry rub.Plus straight hickory smoked.Carribean turned out the best...Hot!
Its not a grill...and I know I made the rules for this thread...but I have some pics of slow cooked goose that I need to post!
