Hunted them in, MT, WY, AZ,

Only harvested in WY.

Want to take one in NV, and NM.

Could have taken one in MT but passed, no chances in AZ(was actually rather unimpressed, unit 10, bad year?).

I've only hunted MT but I've hunted and killed bucks in four different units. 510 (north of Big Timber), 360 (Madison valley), 330 (Centennial valley), and 318 (Big Hole). I've used antelope tags as excuses to hunt new areas with high success and fun tags.

MSUcat61, I cut my teeth on antelope hunting in 360 around Ennis, love that area. We took an 80" antelope off a tiny piece of public between ranches.

Hunted pronghorn in Montana (Unit 215 and Unit 360), Nevada (Sheldon twice), Oregon (West Beatys Butte, South Wagontire), Colorado (Unit 3) and Wyoming (about half a dozen times). I have the points to draw the top two units in Arizona, but am holding off. I've shot antelope in WY, MT, OR and CO. I didn't fill either of my Nevada Sheldon tags, not for a lack of antelope, but the potential of the unit. I had my one crack at a huge buck there. Never again will I take an unproven rifle on a big hunt.

I've taken over 50 of them....all in Wyoming. Back in the 80's when I first started hunting them, you could buy up to 6 extra doe tags (deer too for that matter). Used to routinely buy 3 or 4 extra tags.

Montana, west of Roundup, believe it was the Pronghorn Ranch, purchased the hunt at an SCI fund-raiser. Must have seen 400 head by noon, all out of the same mold, 13 -14 inches! Wyoming, private ranches north of Gillette/Moorcraft, one mid 70's napping in the dirt and he didn't wake up! Have max point's, may put in for the WY red desert area this spring seeing I didn't draw a elk tag.

Used to fill my freezer every year with deer & antelope! Tags were only 6 or 8 dollars as I remember.
Times and populations have definitely changed. Hunting in the 70s and 80s in Wyoming was a blast. I think we do have it pretty good now though as you can buy multiple elk tags. I'll take a freezer full of elk over the others.

WY only. Hunted units 96, 63, and 48. Best buck has been mid-70s. I haven't been able to spend a ton of time finding "the one", but the next time I go out, I'm going to block out 5 or 6 days and look for a higher end buck.

I love getting doe tags too. After seeing numerous 12-13" bucks and holding off, it's nice to drop a doe to release some of that pent up anticipation. They taste great too!!

I have hunted and killed pronghorn in Utah and Wyoming. Both bucks shot with my bow. They are so much fun to hunt! Cant wait till my next tag!

Grew up hunting them with my father near Gillette, WY.

Have killed three rifle around 80" in NM on a private ranch.

Spot and stalk archery hunted in NE once and SD 3 times. My first bow hunt we had 4 @ 35 yards over a knoll. I drew, had my arrow fall off the rest, nick a string, I let down, drew again and my bow exploded!

I love spot and stalk archery hunting them, hardest thing in North America to get inside 90 yards on, but endless stalks from dawn to dusk. Pretty much anyone is a trophy and you have really done something when you run an arrow through one.

Cashing in 4 antelope points in WY this fall!

Same here Cowboy, the 80's were the golden years I guess, by todays standards anyway. I used to buy 3 or 4 doe antelope tags in addition to my buck tag. I also bought a lot of doe deer tags like you Cowboy. Ahhhh, the good old days. Sure is slim pickin's these days.
