What were the base diameters and horn lengths?

He did a rough tape job yesterday and it had 15 inch bases with 39 6/8 and 35 6/8 horns

Great ram. It's amazing that the desert species has the largest horn diameters living in a harsh dry environment.
Why does it look like the ram's left side appear to be broomed on the top photo, but unbroomed on the bottom photo?
Its just the camera angle

Had one guy on another site say he thought the neck was too small, desert rams look like they can hardly hold up those horns with the scrawny necks.
