I picked up a box of Hornady Whitail 115 grain loads when I first got my 25-06 and their advertised velocity is 3100 fps.
There are several that are close as Jim mentioned. When I started shooting 25-06 there were no factory loads for it as it was a wildcat caliber
Most any centerfire will do quite well, I personally recommend.24 cal. and up, that shoots pretty flat and that you are comfortable with. There is nothing special about an Antelope cartridge, use whatever your preferred hunting cartridge/rifle that you are most proficient with. My wife and I hunt Antelope whenever we draw tags......and use the cartridges that we use for all of our other hunting. Since the early ‘90’s we’ve taken many “speed goats” while using our “only” big game hunting rifles.....the wife uses her .338 WM, and I use my .375AI! Overkill doesn’t exist.....only underkill!
