Alaskan Safari. Bring my four best buddies for a fly in float trip for moose, caribou and ptarmigan and of coarse bring the fishing gear.
But if the end of the world was tomorrow with out a doubt Blacktail in the California wilderness with my best buddies.

Ooohhhhh that's a good one too...or a High Altai Argali...wow!!! I held a set of horns once...they were ridiculous.
Mntnguide wins this would be the ultimate!20-30 day horseback pack-in hunt in the Northwest Territories or Yukon. . FOR EVERYTHING POSSIBLE!!...There are a few outfitters up there that do them, and it is the only reason I wish i was Canadian!! i would have loved to guide long deep backcountry hunts like that for sheep, moose, caribou, grizzly, mountain goat, But when i win the lottery, of course, then ill go on one and bring my couple close hunting buddies along!

I know it's not possible, because Dad's been gone for years, but since it's a dream hunt! The ultimate hunt to me, would be any hunt with him.
Other than that I'd like to hunt New Zealand for Tahr, Stag and Chamois or a Leopard in Africa. A lot of the draw would be the adventure of seeing new places and meeting new people! One more that has always intrigued me since I was a kid, is Musk Ox. Might actually have a chance at that one some day, who knows.

after seeing Montana's trophy room I really want a big ole stag! but being how this will be my sons first year being able to hunt big game, and more than likely my dads last.... a mule deer hunt back in the hills pops use to take us as kids, with the 2 of them would be superb.

Alaska /Yukon archery moose. I'll actually take anywhere, but for the price of nr moose might as well go big. Like a lot of us elk runs in my blood something fierce, but having already drawn my resident moose for Idaho I need some redemption after not making it happen with my bow in Idaho.
