the whole espn awarding that to him totally disgusted me. courage????? are you kidding me???? do people have any idea how much money he was paid to do this, how much money espn was paid to give him the award? if it wasn't for the attention and money he never would have done this I don't believe. I know a few cancer survivors who showed a hell of a lot more courage. thousands of our vets who showed a hell of a lot more courage, yet here we are giving a courage award away for something like this??? saddens me deeply. difference is.... our vets don't need an award to show courage, they do it because that's what they do, not to be awarded, but because that's who they are. so, thank you vets!
