My grandfather killed this blacktail in 1946 on the ranch I grew up on in CA. Its the only animal he ever had mounted. I just got it out if his old house. Its in great shape for its age!

This was my grandmas car, 1966 Mercury Comet they bought new. Best I can figure it has sat in the garage for 28-30 years. I remember we had it running once and I think I was 5-7 and the last tags on it are 1986. It has 96,000 miles and is all original other then they did have it painted once. I cleaned the carb and put new plugs and points and fresh gas and it started right up! It even has some breaks. Got 5 miles on it already HAHA! Pretty amazing after sitting that long!! Im going to fix it up and go visit my sister in Oklahoma with it:D

Dont worry CC, definitely will be saving the plates! I even found all the original paperwork, invoice, window sticker, owners manual, receipt for gas at .36/gal, ect in the glove box.

I spent a year building it while I was recuperating from cancer surgery, it was great therapy. Has a 351 Cleveland in it that I built, did all the bodywork myself too.

Always more satisfying and fun to do it yourself! I enjoy working on old rigs. I wont sell it to you but I will come visit you with it when I take it to Oklahoma to see my sister. It might be a couple years but Im going to do it!
