Finished the last honey do"s here last week!! Will take the wife to the coast for a few days by then we will only be about a month out before Elk Season is here!! Cant come fast enough.

This is how the USPS handles your packages these days. They were packed in bubble wrap in separate boxes and still got busted up. They were a very nice set of 1972-early 73 harley sportster heads before this. To make matters worse they didnt fit my bike because they were supposed to be for a late 73 not an early 73. I been waiting since April to get my heads back from the machine shop. Finally bought these heads on ebay just to get it running because I am going crazy this time a year with no bike to ride and I still have no bike to ride. Luckily the seller is really decent and is going to take them back and give a full refund but that still doesnt get my bike running. Atleast the new oil cooler fit the hay baler so I guess I will bale hay instead of ride my bike. lol

Or people are tired of the hot weather and are boycotting it by staying inside around their electronic gadgets:D

I got home today after pouring 70 sacks of concrete really looking foreward to a cold beer and get a msg my step son is in the county jail. Him and his fiance along with their 7 month old daughter and his little brother were going to see his great grandma 300 miles away. They stopped about 5 miles out of town and his fiance tripped and fell in the gravel on the shoulder when she got out and a car passing by called 911 and reported he pushed her out of the car. The law in this state is they have to arrest him if there is 'probabil cause' as in the whitness driving by. So he has to sit in jail till his hearing monday. I went down there and cant even see him till tomorrow. Talked to an officer which got nowhere. I did inform him it is possible to fall without getting pushed. Then his mother shower up and to my surprise she was actually somewhat nice to me. The kid aint perfect but there is no doubt in my mind that he would never do anything like this.

True...but these folks wanted to protest in the the wealthy area of Houston bc for years "they" weren't allowed to even go there....so they protested at the shopping center that really sits on the outskirts of that neighborhood.
