That is why poaching really hasn't been curtailed. It is cheaper to poach than to buy an outfitter. Here in California people poach the hell out of abalone, like hundreds over the bag limit, and they only get small fines, maybe a couple days in jail. The consequences aren't nearly as harsh as they should be.

I agree seems they got the first and the last S right just forgot the middle S. Yeah the fine seems very small to me for this im think more people would be willing to do this for that small a fine

Second I want to know why these wolves are moving from Oregon all the way to Montana. Think thats a little fishy to me. Icould see HSUS keep planting animals in the leftcoast of oregan washington and California. So they can travel to the states that are shooting them.
