I just transferred to brookings, or in the coast guard. I have always been on the east coast hunting whitetail and ducks. Now I hope I can bag a blacktail and maybe even an elk!

This fall Oregon has one of the best rifle seasons in many years this year, with the rifle hunt running late through November 7. Those last 3 or 4 days of the season are gonna be the money days. Another good option are the late November OTC archery seasons.
I'm from the Roseburg area and love hanging around Brookings. There is some awesome salmon and bottom fishing there. You will have to hit Zola's Pizzeria in Brookings. It is awesome. Superfly is pretty darn good too.
