It is on a piece of wood much closer to the camera than the guy... guessing 7'. Still would be huge if it's real.

I've seen a few over 6' so it wouldn't surprise me if it's real. They get big here in the south. I'm like Hilltop that looks like an average sized guy and the snake is closer to the camera than the guy so 6 1/2 to 7 foot is what I would guess the length to be.

If it's real that is a very fat snake and I'm guessing around 6 feet long. I also count 12 or 13 rattles. Even if it is enlarged a bit it's still a damn big snake.

Some place in the deep south, look at all the moss on the trees. That is really a big rattler, has a ton of rattles on his tail too, I count at least 14.

Do I search and you can find the exact info on that snake. It is real however it was 6.5' and weighed 15 pounds. It has 13 rattles and was killed in December while deer hunting in Florida if I remember correctly. The kid who shot it said he never meant for this to go viral his brother posted it in Facebook and it took off from there. I'll try to find the article I found if I can find it again.

Still a huge snake and I'd be running away screaming like a little school girl ifi saw that thing!

Sounds about right. I killed one that my wife almost stepped on while hiking a couple years ago, which had 13 rattles and was close to 6'. I will say that this one is much thicker than mine.

I killed one just like that, except it was shorter, didn't weigh as much, and had less buttons, but other than that it was just like that one.

Yeah the post i saw on facebook said south Georgia northern flordia. Said they were hunting in a blind and it poked its head in the blind then they shoot it with a 22
