This is Stella, She loves Birds and watching TV...
Too funny. Mine will do the same thing.and go nuts when an animal comes onto the tv. She looks at me. Growls. Slowly makes her way between me and the tv. Growls again. Its hilarious.

Isn't the Griffon a good pig hunting dog?
Apparently people use them for it, she is pretty much just a slightly smaller, more shaggy german wirehair. Awesome chukar pointer and if I hunted ducks I'm sure she would be great because she loves retrieving in the water.

Whats really annoying is that when they both are at the house. They insist on the dogs sleeping in the bed! As if its not crowded and smelly enough.

OK Old Hunter, here's one more for ya.

There's just something about a cute gal in camo! I know, I'm one "Lucky Dog"!!

By the way, that's CJ as a pup. X-Mas '11, 1 day after we brought him home.
The girls thought he was a pretty cool X-mas present.

Ts-" hay hunny I got you something for xmas"
Her-"awww its a puppy!!"
Ts- "in a couple weeks ill have to get it its shots and all that fun stuff"
Her-"ok no problem"
Ts- "and apparently it comes from really good bloodlines. So to ensure full development of its mental and physical health were going to have to send him to an obedience/shed hunting/blind fowl water retrieval/ and upland bird school"

Something like that on xmas day?

That's funny Hardstalk, It was actually her idea to get him for the girls. I wasn't sure if I was ready for a new pup yet, then she said "he could find horns for us when we go shed hunting" I was sold! Wouldn't you know it, he loves antlers. I just haven't been able to take him out much this year.

I-phone misc pics 049.jpgIMG_0170.jpg This is Millie. First Pic is when I brought her home. A guy had her that lived close to where I work. He didn't feed her and she was full of worms. Started worming her and feeding her at work (boss didn't know-I work 2nd shift). She became a regular then stepped in a grain receiving pit and broke both of her front feet. The guy who owned her wouldn't take her to the vet so I did and I kept her. He didn't even care. He said she was all used up and too old to hunt ducks anymore. She seems perfectly healthy to me when fed and wormed. I don't hunt ducks but she loves shed hunting with me. I've had her close to a year now and she's one of the best dogs I've ever had.
