My brother and I are wanting to try and purchase a couple leftover licenses on thursday. Currently, the "purchase leftover license" link is not working. Will we be able to enter our info ahead of time? Also, can we purchase two licenses as a party to prevent one of us from getting one, but not the other one? That would really ruin our plans, lol.

I believe you can create a sportmans ID to make the process faster. I don't believe you can purchase leftovers as a party. I would be on 2 different computers at 8am mountain time on the 17th... How many permits are left in your area?

You actually can purchase leftovers as a party and I didn't know that until just a week or two ago. You'll want to have an account set up if you don't already for each of you and then be logged into your account and on the page with all the leftover options BEFORE the bewitching hour. As soon as the gray shaded areas turn black hit what you want and follow the instructions. Here is a C/P of the party application porcess taken off the website:

This allows you to make a single purchase of a set of antelope, deer or elk licenses for a group of up to 6 sportspersons for a SINGLE SPECIES, HUNT AREA and TYPE; paid for with a SINGLE CREDIT CARD allows you to make a purchase for up to 6 different license types, plus a Conservation Stamp for one sportsperson in a single transaction. Group of Sportspersons Purchase Individual Sportsperson Purchase Be prepared to use this system by first reviewing The Online Electronic License System Guide. Special instructions for purchasing unlimited doe/fawn deer licenses in areas 24, 27, 29, 30 and 33

When is the actual WY cutoff for youth purchases? Begining of year, end of year, season opening date, or birth-anniversary date (18th)? My son will be turning 18 soon and I need to get him a few more PP while I can.
Thanks!

If you're talking PPs, you can buy them between 7/1 and 9/30 and I believe you'll need to buy the youth PP before he turns 18 to avoid the regular price.

Click on the leftover list and then click on the doe/fawn deer line to bring up all the units to see what, if any, are left and look down through the individual unit numbers that are within Region W to see if there are any doe tags left. If there are any they will go on sale Thursday morning online first come first served. If you want one you should be logged into your account and on the page to make your pick as soon as the gray shaded area turns black.
