Kid is ready to get out

My 4 year old son came to me yestday after noon with his camo pants on and camo shirt on and said that i got my long underwear on could we go hunting.My wife looked at me and said you guys better go. So i packed up my pack with water and a snack and relized i sent my nikon binos in and my swaros havent showed up yet so all we had was my rangefinder and took my gun for coyotes and went on a little hike. Thought i would post a pic of him.

It is a great thing spendting time with my boy in the outdoors.i got home for lunch today and he was already looking out the window with my new swaro's thats showed up this morning so we might have to head out after work and test them out.

just got back from out of town for work and stopped a few spots to glass some hillsides, antelope and mulies and they are awesome, im waiting to get my monarch back from nikon and just compare to see how much better the swaro's are.

I'm a father of two boys and an avid hunter... It is much harder these days to keep kids involved in the outdoors. The electronic distractions are really amazing! IMO you are doing it right- start them as early as you can and go anytime they want to go.

Doesnt sink in until it happens. Enjoy everything you can before you know it the fumes get to them...... perfumes, car fumes
