I've shot them both. I prefer the more compact bow, but I am only a 28" draw. They are great bows and I think Hoyt really improved on the vibration from last year.

If you are hunting around Steamboat, I assume you won't have a lot of flat terrain. I would steer towards the shorter ATA bow unless your draw is 30"+.

I think you'll be happy with either one. I had the 2012 Turbo and it was a tack driver. This year I went with the G3 Element.
