if anyone was curious how I came to that score I GUESSED... I was going to guess 320 but I have recently been learning about much fronts help on the score, so I bumped it to 330, but 333 just sounded nice.... Either way, If I can judge a bull within 20 points in the field that's good enough for me!
Heck ya. I agree

It's always a guess when looking at photos. The position of the pose can make any animal huge. That's why when guys ask guess the score that's what it is a total guess.

I've learned patience is a virtue, so i'm, guessing 334. Oh you say I'm right…how about that! lol ;)

I have a bull that almost has the same build and scored 335 green with 44" main beams and lots of mass and long lower tines, it just doesn't have the top end to give it a big score. I also have a 353 and a 367 that are more classic long beamed bulls. Nearly everyone thinks the 335 bull is the biggest bull and they are all within 15 feet of each other. The scoring systems don't give nearly enough credit to some very eye appealing features on antlered game, mainly mass.

Score is so overrated. An extra inch on every tine and 2 4/8" on the main beam and a bull will score 15 points higher. Most people can't tell that difference and definitely not when it comes time to shoot.

I agree. Too many people get caught up on trying to score animals on the hoof when they should be looking for key features instead with high scores being a by-product of putting those features together.

Kind of funny guys- around here we have biggest doe competitions. They were started to encourage antlerless harvest- it worked. Does are judged simply based on field dressed weight. It's fun seeing guys that never used to shoot does coming in with a doe they are proud of. Would be hard to do with cow elk since a lot of them come back in pieces but it would be fun.
