Had a good weekend. Went with Dan a.k.a. Finesandtines one day and another buddy 2 days. We caught loads of Snook and trout. Tarpon were rolling real good one day and that's what we wanted. We had one hook up but couldn't land him. It was a really good trip with just me and my two oldest.

Here?s a few more.... the porpoise pic is about 30 seconds after releasing one of the snook in the pic prior. Pretty cool, we have the whole video of it chasing two I released. Will try to post the videos.

Ive been doing pretty well on the Mahi lately, headed back out this weekend to catch some more

Took my two youngest up to the mountains to camp and trout fish last weekend. Water was high and little off color but the trout were feeding.

With no snow left all the high lakes are opening up around here. Got in a good day catching some grayling with the girls.

Fishing here in SW Colorado has been pretty sad. The drought has really hurt. I just got back from a week at Vallecito east of Durango. Some of my friends from Calif visit and we go there fishing. We caught 2 trout for 10 of us all week! Looks like most of the large irrigation res. are going to be unavailable for launching a boat due to low water. McFee Res (3 miles from my home place) is at the lowest level since it was built and we have 3 to 4 months left in the irrigation season.

Pretty sad...................
