Had a good day on Lake Oconee yesterday. Kept 22 Crappie.

Here is a stripper and a nice crappie I caught. The stripper was caught on a 16' crappie rod with a jig. It put up a nice fight.

Fried crappie filets! I also fry up some potato chips with some hush puppies and cole slaw. I bet you can taste it from northern Cali?
Too bad your working out though, no fried food for you! Now get back to your right finger extensions, oh yea and you need to do legs dont forget to do squats and lunges to. Lol

No lunges! Those SUCK when you have cheeky knees! Wow all that fried food! Just took my youngest son to Wendy's for his 12th birthday lunch. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with fries! I getting the urge to go fishing! I've always wanted to fish Pyramid lake outside of Sparks NV? Huge cutt throat trout!

Had the most amazing day on the green river. In one spot, I caught 5 fish that were over 3 # and one was in the 5-6# , 2 more that were in the 2-3# range.

Outside of my wader boot is 13". Damn pictures don't do these fish any justice

Lawwyo, Those are some nice fish!
We get Rainbows around the 2# range, but that one is a dandy!
Hope to get m kids on a few like that in years to come.

The end of my line. Lol

I used panthers martins most of my life but wanted to find something else that I could finesse more. There's more to panther Martin fishing than it seems but it only produced on the best days. Lately, I've been using curly tail grubs and messing with other plastics and jigs. Wyo has "chemical attractants" listed as bait so a bunch of plastics are technically not considered artificial. Dumbest thing I've ever seen. Fly fishing people will have outlawed everything but fly fishing if they had their way

Runs great. The 15hp had some plugged jets but it screams now. Need to adjust idle.

Went out in August and jigged and caught some Kokanee. Bass fishing didn't go so well for me this year. Missed some big ones on first trip and then got skunked on next two trips. Plan on going for some lake trout if I can stop fishing the River on nice days
