We got time now with the lazy days of summer so let's dream ! I have often wondered if I was given a combo hunt for 2 species with a great chance to harvest both, anywhere what would it be. Would it be Africa, Alaska , New Zealand ect. and what for, so for me it would be either Africa for Cape Buffalo and Kudu or Alaska for Dall Sheep and Yukon Moose ! Anybody else dreaming !

Alaska-Yukon Moose and Caribou with a bow. I plan to do this hunt in the next 5 years....

I really have no desire for an African hunt and sheep/goat has never been on my list.

I'm gonna have to go with New Zealand free range Stag and Tahr. Stone sheep(Canada) combined with anything else would be awesome too. I actually think I'm lucky because I've been on a lot of dream hunts via relatives in AK( DIY Sheep, Mt.Goat, Caribou, Wolverine, Moose) and living out west hunting deer, elk and antelope in multiple states(Deer hunting is still my favorite so far). I feel very fortunate that I've had the opportunities I've had. I think what makes New Zealand and Stone Sheep/Canada such a dream, is that they seem out of reach to me!

My dream hunt has always been a Northern BC horseback combo hunt. Stones, goats, moose, or mt caribou. I would be happy with any two of these. Maybe even throw in a grizz tag just for the fun of it!

Possibly a Moose/Caribou combo, or Moose/Grizzly/Caribou.

however I feel the odds of taking 2 trophies on 1 trip is rare let alone 1 trophy on a 1 animal hunt.

but one can dream.... ;)

I'd have to say along the lines of what Dark Mavis said, a deep trip into the northern Canadian or Alaskan wilderness for sheep and mountain goat.

Crosscreeks, hardest part so far is getting my cardio done, I talked to a trainer at my gym he has me doing a couple of weight exercises then on the bike for 7-8 min, back to weights, back to the bike then weights finish off with the bike. Sweating more, heart rate seems to stay higher and I'm feeling better. Next month more time at the range and on cardio. I'm really trying to go for at least three animals, moose , elk , & goat. Th guide told me at the Sheep show in Reno to buy a black bear tag because there's a really good bear in the area I'll be hunting.im rather have the three with a wolf!

Moose-Caribou is getting tough to find on the same hunt. Moose-Grizzly or Caribou-Grizzly is very possible. Unfortunately, Grizzly require a guide in Alaska.

Go_deep, it is a dream that hopefully will come true in Sept. 10 day hunt, and I hope to post many great pictures with me holding or behind a great trophy wearing my Giants hat! Lol
