The list of countries where I would consider spending “my” money, is getting quite short......for, what should be obvious, reasons! memtb
I try not to spend my money anywhere but the U.S.
I am not naïve enough to believe it is possible to keep all my purchases local, even if I were a fanatic about it. but I try .

there is no other nation on this planet I would even consider visiting.. every single nation on the planet (with the possible ?????????exception of Isreal) would love to see this nation crumble and fall.

and I only allow for isreal as possible exception because they could not exist without our support.
and not because they have any fondness for us.

This is your choice, but I believe that your statement "every single station on the planet would love to see this nation crumble and fall" is just plain wrong. I have visited a lot of different countries, both for work and pleasure, and did not see this view common. Leaving politics out of it, I have found just the opposite.

Not wanting to start a big argument, just my view and experience.

I do NOT believe it is wrong. I believe it is spot on. there is not a nation on earth that would stand with us if our money stopped flowing.

that said ….no need for argument . I can agree to disagree . I don't need all to agree with my opinions and choices.

I choose not to support the enemy. I have no control over what others choose to do and do not wish to if I did.
probably the hardest thing about loving our constitution is allowing others the freedom to make their own choices , even when those choices goes against everything you believe to be good and right.

I drive thru Canada at least a couple of times a year. I find their residents to be pretty much like ours. Some are wonderful and friendly, others aren't. It is environmentally a beautiful land but I'm never quite comfortable there with not having my handgun close to me. I rarely transport a firearm with me. When I have, the boarder guards have been great to deal with. Never even looked at the guns.
I've chatted with a fair bunch of Canadians and they all have differing opinions and beliefs. One that stands out is a prominent hunting guide that I had a long pleasant conversation with. He truly would like the United States to take over his country. He said the politics there are unsalvageable! Many there admire America.

You have to look at Canada like you do the US. Stay away from the big coastal areas and the big towns and you will find them just like us. They like to hunt and fish but their political policies are ran by the big metro areas. I have no idea of what is contained in their constitution but I am sure that it is nothing like ours as far as who gets voted in.

My journeys up there have been quite pleasant and all that I have met up there are quite friendly. But then I have limited my areas of travel to the back roads and smaller towns.

I've no doubt there are good people in all nations. and maybe even folks who admire the U.S. in most of them also.

I also have no doubt that very few of those same people would shed a tear for our demise but many of them would celebrate it.

I spent an entire career in the Army and traveled around the world. My passport is pretty full. I haven’t been everywhere but I’ve been a lot of places and lived in plenty of them. I can tell you there are many, many wonderful places around the world. And with the exception of radical Islamic groups the people are all about the same ... some are very nice and some are ass hats ... just like in the United States. You will find the ones you go looking for.
