Any good meat processors near Monticello/Moab/Blanding?

If I kill an elk early in Colorado, I'd like to head down and scout the San Juan unit in Utah for elk. In that scenario, it would probably be best if I dropped the meat off for processing near Monticello, Moab or Blanding. Does anyone know of a good meat processor in that area.

Check out 4 Point Meat Processing on W 200 St in Monticello. They did a good job on a buddy's buck a few years back.

We have used the 1 in Monticello too (I dont remember the name but there is only 1 as far as I know and I assume it is the same 1 Bruin is talking about) and they always did a good job.
