Yikes! Guys going to Alaska need to consider arriving 14 days earlier than they planned I think.

It's my understanding that the majority of the hunts have been cancled.

I have seen some great deals for hunts up in Canada provided that travel restrictions are lifted by then

the tough part is with demand being so high for testing, you need a result that is less than 72 hours old. Most labs right now are 5-8 days. I have a buddy who is trying to get to Alaska to fish but is having trouble with the testing requirement.

That's exactly why we cancelled our fishing trip we were going on in 2 weeks.

We are planning to go on August 18th to Sitka for fishing. We have worked through Angling Unlimited and with their help have a lab who will get our results to us in 24 hours. It will cost us $140.00 each for this service.
