My buddy and I had a great hunt in Wyoming over the weekend! Saw some great country, a ton of antelope and made some great memories!

Wife took this doe at 700 yards with my SMR 300 Win. She has lots of range time and we use our equipment and practice a lot.

I'm very proud of her taking this doe with perfect conditions and one shot pass through the lungs.

Always a family hunt for does every year.

IKIC that is awesome! Congrats to her! And congrats to you guys for practicing the long range shooting before taking on the long range hunting! Definitely a skill!

first morning we didn't set up camp. I slept under the stars and woke up to this gorgeous sunrise

I got kicked out of my bag cause the dog was cold.

First time hunting antelope in Wyoming. What a blast! We saw lots of antelope and even met Guy and Ike Eastman while having lunch! They were very nice and took some time to talk to us. I'll definitely be back... Hopefully soon!

Finally got out for the first time this season, and brought the whole family. Got a doe tag filled, and had a great time away from work!

Finally got it done spot and stalk. Was a brutal couple days to hunt with the weather, and the cross wind almost got the best of me on the first shot but it all worked out.

We just returned from Wyoming early this week. My wife killed her first ever bull elk and did it in archery season (crossbow). We called in six bulls in an hour that morning. It was the perfect morning of elk hunting. She was absolutely ecstatic and is now hooked on rut elk hunting.

After a couple days off, we went out for an antelope for me. We stalked this one behind a cow decoy for over a mile. Once the antelope accepted that we were just a "cow" we could do just about anything. We made a 90° circle around them in plain view, under 200 yards in order to get a shot other than the skyline shot I originally had at the buck. The cow decoy will now always be a part of our "tool kit" for antelope.
