After years of anticipation, I finally got my first antelope this past weekend. It's a long story that I'm saving for an upcoming blog article, but the super quick version is that it was spot and stalk and a 68 yard shot that entered his back between the shoulder blades and exited his chest.
Thanks to Drhorsepower for confirming scouting observations, and providing motivation during the whole process. From field judging, to habits, to the country they live in, these animals had me and confused and humbled while scouting the months before the season.
