I think we are so lucky to have a guy that is so active on this forum draw a great tag. We are going to hear about this hunt the whole way. He is going to have a thread that is going to be awesome to follow. Between this tag and Umpqua's Colorado elk tag it should be some good entertainment. Good Luck!!!!!!

Nvarcher something you might want to consider if you don't do it already would be to keep a hunting journal of the whole process of scouting, researching, trips and your hunt. Then thay way you have like a way to look back at your hunt and all the thoughts and things you went through especially on a big tag like this one.

I do this with my hunts for each year for deer hunting. I put in information like crops near by weather moon phases and then i can look back at it also for creating patterns and routines of the deer.

Have you been chasing cats?
I have with no luck, Friday and Saturday I was cold trailing with the dogs and never did get the track heated up. I got sunburnt to a crisp, camping up Sonora pass right now relaxing. Eastmans forum members did awesome on tags this year!
