I contributed to the hunters defense through a go fund me page a while back. They have a nice update to the case here...

Don't get me wrong, I'm 100% on the side of the hunters on this one. With the not guilty verdict I wonder if this really changes anything in regards to corner crossing in Wyoming. I was actually kinda hoping they would be found guilty and then appeal to a higher court (WY supreme court) that...

I'm not in a position to deal with a garden this year but would like to try using wicking tubs. I've watched quite a few videos on youtube from "gardening with leon". The guy is a hoot. You put a lot of work up front but the amount of time you spend watering/fertilizing etc. is reduced with...

Mine dont look that good but im north of you by a few hundred miles.

Just the typical NRA emails I get daily trying to get more dollars for Wayne's suits and vacations. The fact that Wayne is going to receive the salary he makes when he retires is infuriating. The reasons are always the same. 1. Biden is coming into your home to take your guns. 2. Only way to...

This was extremely easy to setup. I only hooked up temporarily to see how it would work. I haven't decided if I'm going to permanently mount the "dishy" outside or simply take it outside when I'm there. Leaning toward later. I forgot my laptop to determine what kind of throughput I can get...

Holy crap guys! We better start donating a bunch of money to the NRA so that Wayne can buy a few more $10,000 suits to fight this injustice!

Shortly after I posted this, I received my equipment. I'm going up to the cabin on Sunday to try it out. I'll try to remember to provide feedback.

haha. Blue units are typically the ones I avoid the most due to points required to draw.

Yeah, he mentioned more than 20 for sheep and moose.

Non-resident tag available will be the biggest impact. 90-10 is well on its way for elk, deer, and antelope in Wyoming; maybe within the next 10 years? Earlier if Outfitters can get a guaranteed allotment that keeps them profitable. Really the outfitters would be the only ones within the...

What a weird start to the fishing season. We are running at least a month behind.

That curley sausage seasonings is located in fairbank iowa. Not sure if the place has a storefront or online only but might be worth checking out to see if you like to buy somewhat local.

Ive had good luck with the high mountain seasoning and LEM as well. But in either case i like to use more spice than the recipes call far. For example, i think the LEM packs are goid for 5 pounds of meat. Ill take 7 pounds of meat and add 2 packs of seasoning. High mountain polish sausage...

We don't eat a whole lot, I'd say 2 deer a year. I mostly make summer sausage and snack sticks; and I'd say someone in the house eats on that 4 days a week. I'm the only one who likes steaks so I'll keep a few backstraps for me. All of our wild game dinners that we have are made with ground...

The only information I can give you is that you are a piss poor researcher if you think asking that question on a western hunting forum makes sense.

Now that Kryptek is a sponsor I'm guessing that's the reason.

Just stopping in to complain. April 8th and its snowing. That's just not right for where I live. I'm usually on the water and catching fish consistently by now.
