Everyone who applies must buy a license, but they can also elect to recieive a refund for the cost of the license if not drawn for a tag. BUT they will NOT get a bonus point if they elect for the refund.

Is age subjective? Sometimes I feel like I'm still 40 and sometimes I feel much older than my current 57 after a hard day of hunting. Luckily I've been retired for over 5 years now and can take as long as I want to recuperate. :)
