Makes me wonder a couple of things.
I wonder how many people are buying tags in various states with no intention on ever hunting there.
I also wonder how many anti-hunters buy tags to try and keep people from hunting.

I was invited to go duck hunting with a bunch of guys one time. They had 2 30-pack of beer in the cooler and were slamming beers at 4:00AM. It was the last time I ever hunted with them.
