In the spring I’ve had more luck with meat for bait early in the season. Than used popcorn because it’s light. Bears never seemed to keen on the sweets in the spring. In the fall they liked the sweets a lot more. I don’t know Utahs baiting laws, sorry if that’s no help.

Looks like they will have to apply for every tag. No more otc tags to non-residents, for deer, elk, and antelope.

Cleaning the horse pen the other night and found the gopher tunnel with the skid steer. Had to get the Toyota with the winch and than chain the Toyota to a post so it would quit sliding in the mud mess.
