Drew a cow elk tag.

I just checked...no e-mail yet, but I logged on to my account with the CO P&K, and saw that I was drawn and charged for the cow elk tag. I have to wait for my partners to contact me about their draw, as they applied separately for bull tags.

Well it looks like you are going moose hunting anyway. I suspect that you will enjoy going on this hunt with your son more than your own hunt.

I had an e-mail when I checked this morning. The first thing I read was "unsuccessful". CRAP Then I saw that it was just the deer pref. pt. that I applied for, and that the point was awarded. I expect to get the cow elk tag, but guess that I will have to wait another day to find out.

How does the 4 day draw work??? Do they just dribble the results out a little at a time, just to keep us frustrated and on edge???

No luck on the cow tag. I decided to throw some money back at WY and apply for a G deer tag with zero pts. What they hey at least there is a 3-4% chance for a random draw.
