    Utah Outlaws All Trail Cameras

This bull was killed over that very water hole 1 hour later. One of the other guys who had another camera on that same "mud hole" was in another treestand nearby got that photo and slipped in there and killed him as I understand it. Make no mistake about it, my old friend would have used it...

    Utah Outlaws All Trail Cameras

Ya that pretty much sums up where my friend hunted in Utah. There was 9 on one "mud hole" as they called them on the mountain east of SLC. He sent me a picture of it years ago. Wish I had saved that picture.

    Berry Bullets - pistol loading

I have 1 cylinder in my 5 shot tarus tracker .44 that throws bullets 4" to the left at 10 yards with my cast bullets and makes a strange sideways shaped hole. I never really cared though because I figure if I ever use it the perpetrator or bear will be much closer than that and if the bullet...

    Berry Bullets - pistol loading

Tell Mr. Berry to send me some to try! If the keyhole cuts the bullseye on my target I'm calling it a win for the good guys! I need all the help I can get. haha On a more serious note though do you think that you have a cylinder alignment issue thats "peeling" some of the bullet coating? I...

Utah ban on trail cams during hunting season

My friend that lived in Utah told me stories of how bad the water holes were on public land. He wasn't surprised to hear they were banning them. I like trail cameras. I use them. I share those pictures. But I wouldn't be overly sad if they made them illegal in all 50 states. I killed a LOT of...

    2021 Hunting Success Thread

I buried a couple heads in the dirt a few months back and covered them with 55 gallon plastic drums I cut in half with the chainsaw and they are about cleaned up from the fire ants. :) Too cheap to send them to the beetles. lol

FL Bushing Die then Expander Mandrel to Set Neck Tension

Is the expander bushing that Slugz is referring to the same thing as an expander ball or is that something for more precision geared reloading? Honestly I never knew there was such a thing.

FL Bushing Die then Expander Mandrel to Set Neck Tension

Never used one of those one of those expander mandrels. I always just used whatever expander ball comes with the full length re-size die....had to buy another 7MM expander die the other day because I lost my temper with a stuck 7MM case and got out a ball peen brass hammer and got a "little"...
