I take a Preservision Areds 2 vitamin supplement daily due to macular degeneration and drink a Premier Protein daily. That’s it. I don’t take any daily medication.

Day one of week three. Cardio daily. Different muscle groups every three days. I’m 67 so not hurting myself. Hard diet! No sweets, bread or potatoes. I can live without the bread and potatoes but dang I love sweets. They are my kryptonite.
I’ve had a Vortex 1000 for seven years. It’s on its second battery. I’ve ranged animals to 700+ yards. Bought at Academy for less than $300 at the time. Has served me well.
