Some good feedback Buzz. However, let me add a point you've missed between the discussion of both you and Crimson Arrow. Humans are the apex hunter/predator and dominate upon the top of the food chain. If I were issued a 'problem bear tag' I, as many other hunters (not all) would change tactics...

10-4 Bob. I wouldn't disagree for general hunting and 1-moa shooting. However, it does affect things for us target shooters and does become noticeable after 400-500 yards depending on the loaded ammunition specs.

I think only if you were to pick up said tag as a left over and not in the actual draw. If you enter the draw- you will be using any points you have accumulated. Unfortunately, recent years there have been little to no tags after the actual draw.
