Still a fan of a Glock 20 (10mm auto) for general carry: hiking, sidearm while hunting, etc. I also own a 44-mag Redhawk and love that as a general pistol. But honestly it's just too massive to justify carrying if I'm not in grizzly country. Actually the reason I got it is for hunting trips...
