My .220 AI Swift shoots 2" to 3" high the first shot after it is cleaned, always has. Just a habit I got into many years ago. I generally clean my hunting guns after the season and shoot a fouling shot before I sight in before my next shooting session.

A lot of rifles will not shoot the same zero when they are cleaned. Shooting a fouling shot returns them to your zero. All of mine get a fouling shot after cleaning, except my cowboy action guns.

Yep

NR cannot apply for a RFW tag and they cannot hunt in the RFW season (which is different than the normal seasons). If they buy a tag from the operator of the ranch, it would have to be a land owner tag.

Ranching for Wildlife is for residents only.

I don't put much faith in harvest numbers for most western states. They don't contact ALL of the tag holders and the data they do get can be bogus. I do like the way California does it where all unused tags must be returned to the state. They get better data then. I have not been contacted by...
