Sorry ya didn't find any Elk. There are a LOT of guys struggling this season to find elk. Makes me wonder if the herds are in the condition they claim or if the state is embellishing a bit on their estimates to sell tags or the OTC archery season pressure has pushed the majority of the animals...

I'm only trying to convince my wife that a 2 week long elk hunt is perfectly "acceptable". That guy must have been very convincing. lol

I caught my pant-leg on fire with a contraption similar once. I always found these things to be a pain to use in the treestand. I welded up a steel framy onto a C-clamp to holt it on the front of my treestand many years back. I will see if I can post a picture of that contraption some time...

I killed this Coyote over 20 years ago. Coyotes have a lot of different looks. But I'm not so sure about the wolfy posted above. lol

A buddy killed this coyote years ago. It was in fact a coyote. It was running with another coyote and the PA Game commission verified it was indeed a coyote. They have a full mount of it in their house. Everyone asks him what the dogs looking at when they walk in... lol
