Yeah, Montana and I discussed our custom .28 Noslers with a couple of other folks in a different thread a month or so ago. That thread was "New Custom Rifle -28 Nosler" … lot's of info in there. It's a very good caliber.

Ya know Buzz, you always seem very informed on the issues you discuss. Unfortunately you also always come across pretty much as an A-hole. I haven't done anything to provoke you but yet you're being a jerk. Perhaps you'd have better luck with folks if you'd be a little friendlier.

I said I wish they would bring one back … and I do. I did NOT say I wasn't doing anything about it. Why did you assume that? I have no idea why you said I need someone else to fix my woes … I never think like that.

I grew up in PA hunting with beagles and that story really, really upsets me. Damn !! All dogs deserve better treatment … getting drug behind a truck … DAMN !!! That's so messed up ...

I have a Leica Rangefinder and it works very well for me.

I recently had a custom .28 Nosler built and I really like it. However; my "all time" favorite has to be my Dad's Winchester Model 70, 30-06 built in 1952. No telling how many hunts he, then I, took that rifle on and it always gets the job done.

He was drinking his beer through a straw for a while after that ...
