scott makes a lot of sense to me. I am definatley missing singletrack right now, I should also be leaving next week for a week of whitewater, but next year. I have 25 miles of the salmon river to float, and then I will have solo boated the entire salmon river.

personally I prefer to hunt alone. it just feels right. However I grew up in the mountains and got lost when I was 13, because I had to hunt solo. Over the years I have learned to wander and figure out where I am. If you do go solo, it will be scary and boring, but the rewards are pretty good.

I will say the assembly line process of todays medicine is interesting. There are definanlty good physical therapist and really bad physical therapist. Ultimalty it is up to you for your health. as in everything in life, it is up to you.
