Running i did a 2 mile warm up and then did (8) 1/10th mile hill sprints
Its a training program for people that used to never run and sat on a couch and gives them a system to start working into running a 5k race with out hurting them self and set goals for each week and what to do each day for 9 weeks

Right knee pain not sure if i over worked it on my runs this week or what.

I would use for a stationary hunt. But the cost with the paperwork makes it a big hassle. when i can get some ear plugs to put on to give me the same benefit when i shot for way less money.
I switch my shoes out every 3 months or so and old ones become my gym shoes or elliptical shoes. I run every other day to give the knees a rest day. Off days i ride my bike.
Im pushing to do a half marathon for the first time this year. This is only my second time running 10 or more miles. I getting there forsure hopefully we can have some none virtual races this fall my dictors state
