Yes it was a very interesting test for sure. I quartered 2 cows on day one and deboned 6 rear quarters. Day two I deboned 4 front quarters.

In the field the 15 inch coarse wood saw made quick work of the entire rig cage. Back in the kitchen the Weston meat saw was a champ trimming them down.

Finished the week with 3 cow elk.

Well we got it done. Kid got a turned in tag. Ill drop some pics now then will type up the story. Its pretty sketchy at times, involves a crazy hike, a great shot and lastly Onx saving the day and finding a alternate pack out route. Thanks to all on the forum that helped out.
