    White tube jig with a stinger hook. Small piece of white sucker meat on the stinger. If able use a graph to find the bait fish. They should be generally speaking spread out and going to shallow water. See lure in the mouth for the bait.

    It looks worse than it is. I stay at a medium weight and try to keep breaks at a minimum to keep the heart rate up. Its one of the Athlean X workouts.

    After my five days all body in a row, i didnt recover correctly yesterday. Didnt hydrate enough, didnt eat well. Feeling it today. Im gonna reset and rest again. Correctly. This getting old crap sucks. #dummyeatanddrinkright😀

    Elk caul fat meatballs. After the meatballs are made wrap in caul fat (single layer) then into a 9 x11. Mushroom onion gravy poured over then cooked untildone.
