I also use my pressure cooker on tough meat. I also take a rack of elk ribs and pressure cook them for 6 to 8 mins and then put them on the grill. They are nice and tender when they are finished.

Preference Points are a big driver here in Colorado too. All you have to do is look at the numbers and see why more and more states are doing the PP thing. Most of the new fishfinders have a ton of stuff on them you probably will never use. I do like Humminbird for freshwater finders.
