30 mins on the spin bike @ 5 this morning. Moving from bulk mode to cut mode. Body measurements say I gained a little all over in the past 6 weeks, also up 9lbs so time to shed whats not needed.
Thanks BC! Its been naggin me but Ive figured out flat benching, which I haven't done much of due to my fused wrist, is the culprit really aggravating it. Im eliminating that until I see the doc.

My Yeti 210 is a beast of a cooler, guessing if you break them down some as Mallards said all 4 quarters would fit with room for dry ice, unopened, it would be cold for 3 days or so.
