    Fishing the Big Horns

That's really cool! We were fishing from shore and tried several different kinds of spinners with no luck, but we did not have any red and white ones. A couple guys caught them with fly rods. We didn't get to fish very long there as a pretty severe thunderstorm was rolling in. I plan on...

    Fishing the Big Horns

We just used spinners also, they served us well except for the Grayling in Willow Lake. We could not get them to hit a spinner.

    Fishing the Big Horns

My son and I took a trip to the Bighorns last August. We camped in one of the national forest campgrounds and fished several streams and lakes. There are trout in all of them you will have a blast. My son said it was the best trip that we have taken out there. We mainly camped and fished west...

Oregon Man Shoots Multiple Elk Claims “Elk Fever”

What do you think you'll draw 2023

I didn't put in for anything, but my son should draw a Wyoming any elk tag. I am planning on playing the role of guide and hopefully picking up a leftover cow tag.

Western WY Antelope & Deer Dying

So area 48 elk added 300 type 7 tags and reduced the type 6 tags by 200. What's the difference between the two? I haven't been able to find anything describing it.

    Still more non rez actions

Like JimP, said the cost of the tag for a lot of non-residents is secondary to all of the other costs associated with trip. Inability to draw and frustration with lack of opportunity is the only thing that I think might slow down applicants, but I doubt anything will reduce the applicants...

    Moose Causing Climate Change

I read that article this morning, when I seen the headline I thought it was a joke. Hard to believe someone could take this seriously, this world is getting crazier by the day.

    Colorado Firearm Laws 2023

Well said! Michigan is in the process of passing new gun legislation also. Our opposition is never going to stop and they are united while we fight among ourselves.

    50's Gun Shop/Sporting Goods Store

When we were dating and after we first got married, whatever town my wife and I would travel too, I would visit every little sporting goods store I could find. I still do, but there are very few to be found these days. I really like looking at used firearms and there are a few that I am always...

    Hunting Groups Quit Partners

This article is very sad to read. It kind of sounded like the CPW was happy to see these three groups leave. There is no room for common sense in today's woke world.
