They started years ago when they got rid of spring bear hunts and being able to use dogs. That same ballot did away with a lot of trapping and required hunters to salvage the meat from mountain lions and a number of other animals that were hunted.

One of the stipulations on the reintroduction was no wolves east of the Contenatal Divide. A couple others were no wolves on Tribal Lands, and a minimum of 50 miles from the state border. As if the wolves have maps and GPS's
