Like was mentioned, the trick if finding a lone cow. Could take 15 minutes, 3 days, 5 days. Depends on how hard a person hunts. Best way to hunt cows is to cover country. Probably no area that much better than the next, IMO. Good luck!

Unless its an archery only tag...the bow stays home. I've had 3 sheep tags in my life, never even considered taking a bow.

DIY, no...pay to hunt the Q, yes. NR's are going to struggle in that unit in November for all kinds of reasons. If I had max points, hard no...and that's about what it takes to draw.

Have realistic expectations. Unit 7 isn't what it once was when you first started getting points.
