We caught fish on bottom bouncers with a crawler, big spinner baits, and trolling small crankbaits at high speed. The walleye were really active as the baitfish spawn is in high gear right now.

It's true that it is being proposed. I believe there will be quite a bit of opposition from residents due to the outfitter welfare portion. However, the state is in a no win situation in that someone will be upset no matter what they do. The residents want straight 90/10 with no outfitter...

To me it's like voting for a candidate you really don't like but they happen to represent more of your values than another candidate. I'm a member because I don't see any better options at this time for me to support our 2nd rights.
